Mulu strives to provide the best possible service within our means. This being said, these are policies that our company adheres to:
Returns: products that are damaged, of insufficient quality, are never received or that differ from the product as advertised may qualify for a full refund. Consideration for a refund will be made if the customer can provide a photo and description of the problem to the Mulu support team at our support email (firstname.lastname@example.org). ShopMulu.com reserves the right to decide whether or not to provide a refund based on the validity of the complaint.
Please order at your own risk. ShopMulu.com cannot always guarantee the sizing information of our products if not provided by our supplier. However, we will always do our best to assist with finding sizing information on specific products!
Q: When will I receive my shipping confirmation and tracking number?
A: Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The second email you receive will include shipping confirmation and a tracking number for your order. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive this second email. If you do not receive shipping confirmation within 5 days, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support line at email@example.com ! Please note that even after the shipping confirmation email is provided, the tracking number may take a few days to sync with the link we provide. Keep checking back and it will become available soon. In the meantime, be assured that your product is on its way to you!
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Due to the nature of our business, it is difficult for us to provide an exact shipping timeline. We ask that you keep this in mind when ordering products that you might need by a certain day, as we cannot always guarantee an exact delivery date. We hand pick our products from a diverse group of producers all over the world to bring you the best deals on the best apparel. However, this means that different products travel from many different places to your doorstep. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order. In rare cases, it can take up to 30 days, so we thank you for your patience and understanding. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support line if you do not receive your order, or have any questions on shipping!
Additional note: If your order includes multiple different products, please expect that they will be delivered in separate packages, as they may come from different suppliers. This is to ensure the fastest possible delivery time for each product.
